Refund Policy

 

We believe in our ethics.

 

If the work is done or is being done, meaning the project is in progress, or sweat is released or releasing also includes if we are ready to provide the work, no refund applies.

            

We exchange money for work only, 2 exceptions are listed below.

 

Once money is exchanged for work, we only provide work. No money refund(2 exceptions apply but not guaranteed).

 

If we are not ready to provide work, a refund may(not guaranteed) apply. Please refer to the exceptions below.

 

There is no money refund no matter what, however we may provide guarantees (this doesn't mean money refund) in a greater manner, explained later, because we want to help you.

 

Sometimes, this has never happened but is stated for safety, we may not get all the results because we depend on Google and Meta. They do not offer refunds. If they did, we would provide them.

 

No refunds whatsoever.

Exceptions

 

We only have two exceptions.

 

1. Work Has Not Started and We Do Not Want to Continue

 

If the work has not started and we decide not to continue with you, a refund applies.

 

Our ethics clearly say:

    •    If the work is in progress, no refund

    •    If sweat is releasing, no refund

    •    Money can only be exchanged for work

    •   If we are ready to provide work, no refunds

 

Only if we are not ready to provide work, the refund is done the same day.

 

If we are ready to provide work and you do not want to continue, our ethics say no refund.

 

This applies very rarely. It is always pre discussed and once agreed, it becomes applicable not guaranteed.

2. Pre Discussed and Signed Agreement Clause

 

If it is pre discussed in the agreement and signed by the business owner a refund might be applicable(not guaranteed), even then:

    •    If they do not follow what we suggest

    •    If they do not follow up with leads

    •    If they do not listen to us

 

Then no refunds whatsoever.

 

This goes against our ethics, but it is the only exception.

 

We have stopped this completely, but it still applies (not guaranteed) for very rare custom agreements.

Delay Clause

 

If the Delay Is Because of the Client

 

This includes:

    •    Not responding

    •    Being busy

    •    Wanting to take part in our work

    •    Any interference from the client

    •    Any other delay because of client.

Because we have a big heart, your one month gap between recurring payments begins when the ads are launched.

 

Important:

    •    This does not mean work or sweat begins at that point

    •    No refund, very important!!

    •    Refund only if we are not ready to provide work and work has not started(and we are ready to provide the work our ethics says money can only be exchanged for work so no refunds)

If the Delay Is Because of Us

 

Same rule applies.

 

Because we have a big heart, your one month gap between recurring payments begins when the ads are launched.

    •    Refund only if we are not ready to provide work and work has not started

    •    Refund only if we are not ready to provide work and work has not started(and we are ready to provide the work our ethics says money can only be exchanged for work, so no refunds)

General Policy

 

This is generally a non refundable policy with no loopholes and only two exceptions.

 

If clients invest very little money and blame us, we still follow our ethics.

 

In short, no refunds whatsoever.

Guarantees (Not Money Refunds)

 

We now have guarantees.

 

These only apply if:

    •    You put over 80 percent of the decided ad budget

    •    It is clearly mentioned in the agreement

 

These guarantees do not apply to all clients.

 

We still believe in our ethics of no refunds whatsoever, with two exceptions(not guaranteed).

 

Possible Guarantees

 

Only if written in the agreement:

    1.    Next month we will work for free

    2.    We build you a custom AI agent

    •    One chatbot only (no free service)

    •    Either WhatsApp or website

 

If it is not in the agreement, it does not apply.

Final Statement

 

After all of this, we have a non money refund policy with only two exceptions.

 

Because we believe in our ethics and in fair exchange.
